International Orders
International orders may incur import taxes and duties, typically around 20% of the retail price, to be paid by the receiver. The carrier will contact you upon customs arrival to arrange payment. If payment is refused and the package is returned, return shipping and duties will be deducted from your refund. Note: We cannot mark packages as undervalued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
Orders not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee due to non-refundable payment processor fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Returns
To initiate a return within 14 days of delivery, email zack@infinitedigits.co:
- US customers: I’ll email you a USPS return label.
- International customers: Arrange return shipping via your preferred provider.
Return Instructions:
- Repack items in their original packaging. Use a larger box if needed—do not ship using the item’s packaging alone.
- Items in new/unused condition will be fully refunded (excluding shipping costs and a 5% processing fee). Used items may incur a restocking fee (see below).
Restocking Fees:
- Unopened/unused: No fee.
- Used, like-new: 10% fee (must include original packaging and accessories).
- Used: 20%+ fee (no packaging/accessories or visible wear; fee based on appraisal).
- Defective on arrival: No fee.
Warranty
I make sure that every product is carefully tested and packed. If your item is defective, email zack@infinitedigits.co for a replacement or return.
All items include a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects (shipping costs not covered). If your item fails during normal use within this period, email zack@infinitedigits.co with your order number and issue description.
For items beyond the warranty period or from non-original owners, I offer affordable repairs or guidance for at-home fixes. Email zack@infinitedigits.co with details, photos, or videos to determine the best solution.
